1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and 49ph ("we," "us," "the Platform"). By accessing the 49ph website at 49ph.vu, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means. 49ph does not currently distribute a standalone mobile application; the platform is accessed via web browser only.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact information on their account. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years old
• You are a resident of the Philippines
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and betting under applicable Philippine law
• You are not a person who has previously had an account suspended or terminated by 49ph
• You are not acting on behalf of another person

49ph may request proof of age and identity at any point. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, 49ph reserves the right to restrict or close the account and withhold any balance pending investigation.

3 Account Registration and Conduct

Each player may register and maintain only one account on 49ph. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. 49ph is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information you have provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support at [email protected] immediately. All bets and transactions placed through your account before you report a compromise are considered your responsibility.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All transactions on 49ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking channels (InstaPay, PESONet) and local e-wallets. All available deposit channels are listed in your account dashboard. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or any other transactions on the platform.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding — depositing from an account belonging to another person — is not permitted and may trigger account suspension and a full transaction review.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment channel and are displayed at the time of transaction. 49ph does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.

49ph reserves the right to return a deposit and decline processing if there is a reasonable basis to suspect the transaction is fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or otherwise in violation of applicable law.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to a Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in the player's name. Withdrawal to a third-party account is not permitted under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal, you are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. This is a one-time process. Once your identity has been verified, subsequent withdrawals do not require re-verification unless there is a change to your account details or a flagged transaction requiring review.

Withdrawal processing times vary by channel and are displayed at the time of request. 49ph does not guarantee same-day processing and is not liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on 49ph are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or voided by the player after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by specific game rules or market conditions (such as an event postponement as described in the relevant sport's settlement rules).

For sports betting markets specifically:

• Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned, or cancelled are settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and competition. In most cases, stakes on void events are returned to the player's wallet.
• Live/in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. 49ph is not responsible for connection delays that may cause a bet to be placed at different odds than intended.
• Outright market bets remain open until the relevant competition concludes. Early settlement of outright markets is not available unless specifically offered.

For online slots, fish games, bingo, and other game categories, specific game rules are displayed within each game. In the event of a technical fault during play that results in an incomplete game round, 49ph will use best efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected stake amount may be refunded to the player's wallet.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 49ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional benefits to players. When active promotions are available, their full terms — including eligible games, minimum odds, wagering requirements, and expiry conditions — are published within the promotion details in your account dashboard.

49ph does not publish generalised bonus terms on this page because promotional offerings change. Always check the specific terms of any active offer before opting in. Promotional benefits obtained through fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or exploitation of technical errors may be reversed without notice.

Where a player uses a bonus or free bet, any winnings derived from that promotional credit may be subject to the wagering conditions associated with that specific offer, as detailed at the time it was credited.

8 Responsible Gaming

49ph is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. All players are reminded that:

• Online gaming and betting are for entertainment, not a reliable source of income
• Outcomes are uncertain and losses are a normal part of participation
• It is important to set a clear budget before playing and to stop when that budget is reached

9 Account Suspension and Termination

49ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Collusion with other players or exploitation of promotional terms in bad faith
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate conduct toward 49ph staff or other players

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the balance will be restricted until the review is complete. Where an account is closed for a confirmed violation, any balance may be withheld in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure that is not subject to pending bet settlement or active wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal upon request.

10 Privacy and Data

49ph collects personal information — including name, contact details, government-issued ID documents, and transaction history — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable requirements. 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 49ph platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game content, graphics, software, and written materials — is the property of 49ph or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, or commercially exploit any part of the 49ph platform or its content without prior written permission from 49ph.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 49ph's liability to any player is limited to the amount of that player's wallet balance at the time of the relevant event. 49ph is not liable for:

• Loss of profit, opportunity, or expected winnings
• Service interruptions caused by events outside 49ph's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, platform maintenance, or third-party payment processing delays
• Errors or omissions in published odds, game information, or promotional descriptions, subject to correction at 49ph's discretion
• Any damages arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to online gaming and betting in the jurisdiction under which 49ph operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the 49ph platform should first be directed to [email protected] for resolution through our internal complaints process.

49ph will acknowledge all complaints within a reasonable timeframe and endeavour to reach a resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the player and 49ph agree to seek resolution through applicable legal channels.

14 Changes to These Terms

49ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes of material significance will be communicated to players via the contact details registered on their account or by a notice displayed on the platform at login.

Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].
